Our team was contracted to design and develop a Communications Strategic Plan for the Coastal Risk Assessment & Management Programme (CRMP), a project designed to enhance Barbados’ Integrated Coastal Zone Management through climate change adaptation and disaster risk management. The team also designed and developed engaging targeted content and key messages suitable for use across a range of channels in the form of a Stakeholder Management Plan and a Communication Strategy & Awareness Campaign.
